Summary/Abstract: The Estonian Military Academy and the IMTA 2019 Organizing Committee are delighted and honoured to welcome you to the 61st International Military Testing Association Conference, taking place in Tallinn, Estonia from 7th to 11th October, 2019. We are also pleased to see that the 2019 IMTA conference theme – Better Leaders Through Military Psychology – Methods, Challenges, and Success Stories – has inspired a wide range of thought-provoking and innovative research covering such topics as occupational analysis, recruitment/retention, selection/classification, cognitive and non-cognitive assessment, strategic personnel management, organizational behaviour, leadership, and military operations.
