Autonomy of the German University – Between Science and Politics (Selected Aspects)

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with issues concerning the management of German universities. The management instruments and control models available at the universities were presented. The article also brings closer the research that was to show the dissemination of the managerial model as the one that is important for increasing the autonomy of higher education institutions in the federal states.
