Summary/Abstract: It is beyond doubt that the legal relationships created and ongoing in the sphere of insolvency of the natural persons are some complex ones, relationships that involve, on the one hand, the "purely civil" relationships established between non-professional natural persons, and on the other hand the relations established between professionals and consumers natural persons. In another aspect, the insolvency of the natural person affects to a greater or lesser extent its patrimony and, inevitably, it also affects the interests of its heirs. However, in this context, the existence of some means of transferring the quality of debtor in the insolvency procedure of natural persons is of utmost importance, so that an analysis of them is required almost by itself.
