Summary/Abstract: Crisis management is a specific interdisciplinary field of management with an aim to provide security and respond to risks connected with nature and civilization. The article presents the basics and organizational assumptions of crisis management teams. These teams play vital consultative and advisory role at all levels of crisis management in Poland.
