Information Obligation Administrator of Personal Data

Summary/Abstract: For controller it is the primary obligation to provide information to the personal data. It is the fundamental right that allows not only to control data processing but also influence their content or request removal. Legislator pointed out in detail the scope of information that the administrator is obliged to provide a person distinguishing the source of the information acquired. Failure by the controller duties is threatened under Polish law and European imprisonment.
