The Personal Data in the System of Informative Resources of National Police of Ukraine: a Problem of Defence

Summary/Abstract: The article is sanctified to the problem of protection of the personal data in the system of informative resources of the National Police of Ukraine. On the basis of the analysis of norms of international law, practices of European Court of Human Rights, a conclusion was drawn about the necessity of perfection of home mechanism of authentication of persons from the organs of national police and providing the right on non-interference in the private life.
