Summary/Abstract: Kaliningrad Oblast in the Russian strategy is the westernmost garisson. It allows to recognize, control and influence the politics and defence countries all over Baltic region. It is the main threat for Polish national security. The role of the circuit in the national security politics of Russia has grown up for few years. This will cause an increase in the tension and crisis in that region.
