Summary/Abstract: The article raises the issue of social responsibility of a specific organization which is a family business. That specificity is analyzed in the first part of the publication, as well as the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR). Based on the studies, the research attempt was undertaken to identify specific actions for society among family businesses. The extent of such activity has been quite limited and additionally has been accompanied by the reluctance of employees to social objectives’ execution by the employer.
