Summary/Abstract: Globalization, integration cause the significant migratory movement in the range of not only Europe, but also the entire world. He causes this permeation oneself of diverse cultures. With one of problems in Poland it is adapting the education to needs of diversified circles culturally. How to adapt programs of educating students to the multiculturalism? Whether than demographic will force the quality change at colleges into educating? What profile of the education should one choose in order to meet expectations of students?
