Summary/Abstract: The requirements of customers, products aging and other factors cause that production planning processes are needed. The use of virtual production nets is an opportunity for producers. The approach and procedures taken from the game theory were used in realizing specific tasks of production processes planning. The values of objective function which act as players at the workplace were calculated. The first player function is to minimize production costs, and the second is to minimize transport costs. The paper analyses one of the possible scenarios of the game in which these players move looking for an optimal decision. The results show that, in the case of value of payoffs, the mixed strategies are optimal.
