Summary/Abstract: The financial liquidity is one of the main factors, which decide about the existence of companies on the market. The article presents selected models of factors shaping the financial liquidity of the companies. The strength and the direction of the impact of these factors on the financial liquidity level of the companies of transport and storage section (section H) in Poland were also examined. The deterministic method (differentiation) was used in order to accomplish this task. The differentiation method allowed determining that in the years 2006-2014, it was the time structure of debt that had the strongest influence on the financial liquidity of the companies of transport and storage section.
