Analysis of Competitiveness of the Business Model of Enterprise Logistics

Summary/Abstract: Dynamically changing business environment, the rapid development of new technologies, rising intensity of competition, advanced globalization pose entrepreneurs against new, much more difficult than the previous rulet. Considering the energetic development of logistics industry, the article attempts to identify the elements affecting competitiveness of business model. The article analyzed the possibility of building a competitive advantage by creating the right architecture business model for logistics company.
