Summary/Abstract: The legal statute of international organizations (in absence of an unanimous legal definition, accepted by states) is important in order to understand the basic principles of political international environment at the beginning of 21st century, the need to make this environment safer, the need of cooperation between states as well, in order to fulfil objectives of common interest. In this article, we are trying to realize a brief analysis of the incident literature, in order to underline the general legal framework in which states can create such entities and also, their specific elements, distinguishing them in comparison with other actors.
