Some Remarks on Working Conditions, Legal Standsellers in Terms of the Exercise of Independent Work

Summary/Abstract: This article deals with illegal employment issues. Based on a particular Supreme Administrative Court´s decision, there are portrayed shortcomings of current employment regulations and their application. The main issue closely analyzed is the definition of dependent work set forth in the Labour Code. Practice of labour offices evinces difficulties the administrative agencies face during the process of law application. Even the Supreme Administrative Court is not willing to explain the definition on its merits.
