UN „FĂCLIER” BUCOVINEAN – NICODIM IȚCUȘ (1897–1985)
A Bukovinian Innovator – Nicodim Ițcuș (1897–1985)

Summary/Abstract: Nicodim Iţcuş was a professor of history and geography, school inspector, author of studies and scientific articles, a collaborator at various periodicals, animator and supporter of the "Freamăt literar" magazine in Siret. He was a member and president of the Student Academic Society “Arboroasaˮ in Chernivtsi and a member of other cultural and scientific societies. He received many diplomas, medals and orders. Most of his works remained in manuscript form. In this number of “Analele Bucovinei” we publish his work, From the History of Bucovina, after the manuscript kept in the Nicodim Iţcuş Documentary Fund at the Suceava County Service of the National Archives.
