Analysis of the Conditions of Negotiations in the Perspective of the Theory of Games

Summary/Abstract: The theory of games is one of the most frequent methods which has been used to do the analysis of conflict and the relation with the negotiation process. Negotiations are an interdisciplinary science, that’s why the analysis of conflict and negotiation which has been carried out on the basis of the theory of games was extended to aspects from the range of other sciences by the author of this article. This diversification of the perspective allows you to show the important nuances which can have influence on the possible course and the outcome of the negotiations. The article presents the modifications that may have an impact on the attitude of both sides, the course and the results of the negotiations. They can be the cause of significant deviations from the rules of behaviour which was determined based on mathematical tables which have been developed by the theory of games.
