Summary/Abstract: The article has a  review character. It is a  voice in scientific discussion of narcissistic attitudes in work environment with particular consulting the core and effects of narcissistic leadership. The author controverts the conception of productive narcissism, treating the narcissism as the source of serious disfunctions in organisation’s management. The text contains the results of wide interdisciplinary literature of the problem’s analysis. The aim of the article is to systematize the knowledge about the narcissism, its symptoms, psychosocial and organisational conditioning. Theory-cognitional work goes to indicate further desirable directions of empirical research.
