Summary/Abstract: Suicidal terrorism is a worrying phenomenon, especially after the 11th of September 2001 attacks, when the necessity of understanding it gave rise to various approaches. A transdisciplinary analysis starting from the hypothesis according to which the element which sets off and fuels this phenomenon is a mass movement, may outline a perspective and even a forecast of it. Analysing the evolution of the phenomenon, keeping in mind the key of mass movements and in accordance with the main events of the last three decades which establish it, additional conclusions are generated which can offer the logic of some terrorist actions, as well as the real, undeclared purposes of these.
