Summary/Abstract: In December 2019, in the Official Journal it was published the Government Decision no. 935/2019 according to which it was determined the minimum gross national wage guaranteed in payment and the Government Decision no. 914/2019 regarding the establishment of the institutional framework and of certain measures for the enforcement of the Regulation (EU) 2018/302. Moreover, in December 2019, several legislative acts were amended, among which:The Law of the State budget for the year 2019 no. 50/2019, the Government Ordinance no. 18/2009 on the organization and financing the medical residency, the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the Judicial Inspection, Law no. 254/2013 on execution of punishments and measures ordered by the court during the criminal trial, the G.E.O. no. 195/2002 on circulation on public roads, the Law on cadastre and real estate publicity no. 7/1996. Furthermore, in December it was also published the Rules of procedure of the public prosecutor’s offices.
