Summary/Abstract: This paper focuses on a problem of nepotism and cronyism in the polish organizations. The main purpose of this article is to show employer’s opinion about the process of unfair preferment of or special favouritism to family and friends. The paper contains theoretical considerations about the issue of nepotism and cronyism and it’s influence on organization management. It also presents contradictory opinions and viewpoints, which gave a stimulus to start own researches described further on in this article. The article ends with conclusions of the paper’s author upon findings of his researches.
