Summary/Abstract: The paper presents an attempt of identifying relations between chosen elements of Employee Relationship Management (ERM) and the level of the organizational trust (especially component: institutional trust) in the organization representing the railway transport. The research was carried out in the branch of railway transport enterprise, undergoing the process of reorganization. The study used the following methods: a questionnaire survey, participant observation and analysis of documents. The research was conducted in the group of 91 employees.
