Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present the dysfunctions resulting from the implementation of European projects in the rules relating to the management of projects in the dimension of corporate governance. The conducted study was based on studies of literature and analysis of program documents and judgments. The results allow to say that the institutional system involved in the implementation of cohesion policy created a hostile environment for the project. An expression of this was to exclude supervision ownership entities implementing projects with funding opportunities. Domineering and illegal administrative decisions have proven to be highly damaging for businesses involved in the cohesion policy.
