Summary/Abstract: Running a business is not a simple task, easy and enjoyable. In practice, business entrepreneur can meet with a number of rogue behavior, including those related to real estate transactions. The authors of examples of possible behavior of a real estate show the paths into the crime, its effects, including ways to assert their claims in a simple and at the same time not dealing with time, because this element is important from the point of view of business. In the case of criminal behavior, the victim may assert their rights in criminal proceedings, without the need to initiate civil proceedings. At the same time we must remember that the rotation of the mortgage registry can be associated with crime.
