Knowledge and Innovation as Key Factors in Entrepreneurship Development

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to identify the essence of entrepreneurship with the emphasis on the knowledge and innovation, and analysis of entrepreneurship in Poland in selected thematic areas. The literature review, research papers, legislation and analysis of publications in the form of reports and statistical studies provides a basis for deliberations made. The subject of entrepreneurship is very important both for development of economy and for every individual entrepreneur.
