Summary/Abstract: Accuracy of the good decision is one of the elements of successful entrepreneurs and becomes a driving force for further action. Decision making is inseparable from action uncertain, risk-bearing. The aim of article is an issue related to the difficulties and methods of decision-making in the SMP sector. The text describes the decision-making processes, the characteristics of good decisions and business environment influencing the decision-making The text attempts to describe the decision making process in small businesses.
