Summary/Abstract: Currently we observe a very rapid pace of change in the social needs of consumption goods, education, health and the environment. The market is characterized by an excess of producers, ease of sourcing, simultaneous with limited material resources consumers. These elements make the creators of both goods and their recipients are directing their attention to quality. The task for responsible, creative entrepreneurs is the creation of a specific company’s organizational culture which in the first place, the quality of products, services, processes, and people. Broadly quality, covering all subsystems company is a prerequisite for the safe functioning of the organization. This article aims to show the correlation of conditions of security of the activities resulting from the process of quality management in the organization.
