Summary/Abstract: Our intention in the present paper is to outline certain unconventional forms of aggression against the human body, in the context of the new challenges of the 21st century global world and of the pronounced urbanization and industrialization: one of these forms of aggression is excessive negative stress, which should be legally regulated in an adequate manner, at constitutional, regional and international level. Thus, we propose a human right to be protected from negative excessive stress, which might be defined in the regional, international legal documents as a 4th generation fundamental human right, which is also acknowledged in a distinct article of the Romanian Constitution. Specific sections of the article also approach a series of rights related to or derived from this right, as well as methods to manage stress, in relation to human security.
