Child as a Future Student – the Relational Communication of University on the Example of an Educational Project P@O-Link ACADEMY

Summary/Abstract: Technologization and virtualization affect almost every area of life and almost every citizen of the modern world. The Internet as an integrated medium permeates nearly all spheres of life of a contemporary man. The information capacity of multi-faceted communication scheme leads to the perception of the Internet as an integral part of human existence. The process involves children as the youngest members of the society. As potential students, they become an attractive and worth realization potential for universities. Considering the decreasing birth rate in Poland1, universities are forced to seek future students now. Doing so, they reach for such formulas, methods and tools that will arouse children’s interest and draw their attention to the educational offer in a unique, non-standard and unconventional way.
