Summary/Abstract: Accidents don’t happen by themselves, they are caused accidentally, but beingrelated to deliberate events. In most organizations in the world the most valuable asset is the humanresource. The human workers are in charge of the planning, manufacturing, building, packing,shipping and selling of any kind of product. Workers who are injured affectively hinder theorganizations goals. The immediate consequences are losses, immediate and long termed; thereforeany injured worker affects the organizations resistance. Managers should investigate the causes ofthese accidents and thereby prevent future accidents and achieving goals they set for themselvesregarding safety. Managers at all levels should pin-point the hazards and investigate the factorswhich could lead to accidents
