Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the fundamental priority of the current universityeducation - the achievement of effective and flexible skills in the new technological challenges, thecreation of a specialist with innovative skills and of the innovative and original human. The issue ofthe importance of creating an innovative spirit and innovative managerial skills in universityeducation is an individual need and a current social requirement.
