Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present innovative quality management model to be used in organisations of health care that apply ionizing radiation. In order to achieve the same literature that pertains good practices and quality system has been analyzed. Good practices were presented as utilizing previously gained knowledge and experience of both organisations of health care and learned societies. By applying aforementioned practices managements may implement in his/her own organizations solutions, which will improve quality of provided services as well as managing these. In the article quality management system, which is believed to be a fundamental step to be taken in implementing actions in favor of quality in x-ray rooms, has been described as well. Based on the undertaken analysis quality management model has been devised. It describes dependency between deeds, internal documentations and pro-quality departments. The survey regarding clinical audit and working procedures have been conducted. The results proved broad knowledge among managements about researched subject.
