Summary/Abstract: The creation and implementation of CSR activities is determined by building appropriate relations with stakeholders. In practice, it requires a deliberate management of stakeholders relations based on use of the tool, such as dialogue. The including constructive dialogue in management process provides the base for social objectives identification, which should be realized. However, to make dialogue an effective tool, it should be systematic and based on the standards. The aim of the article is presentation stakeholders relations management issue in the context of the implemented concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by the company. Particular attention was focused on the showing the tool, such as dialog and the importance of International Standards of the series AA 1000.
