Summary/Abstract: : This paper presents the concept of study of inequality based on the perspective of the individual in addition to the commonly conducted research on the basis of the perspective of macro to enable comparison between countries. These studies, however, have one major weakness. They do not include cause-effect relationships between the studied constructs. Moreover, existing research would be complemented by the research model encompassed constructs connected with inequalities, ie. the trust and distrust. Pointing to the adverse effects of inequalities emphasized that their effects have a negative impact on organizations. Therefore, the results of the study of the causes of inequality and putting the conclusions of these studies to the actions of social policy, education and business firms seem an issue of a great importance.
