Summary/Abstract: Sustainable development, ethics and corporate social responsibility more and more in line with the duties and method of operation of modern leaders. This activity will not bring the organization and its leaders fast and direct profits, but it certainly will affect the stability of the environment and quality of life in the communities in which it operates. Today’s business leaders understand that the need to satisfy social needs and no admission to environmental degradation, which in the long term will lead to an increase in the value of the organization. On the approach to the management of the organization has a strong influence to increase public awareness and function of intangible factors that influence the development of the organization.
