Needs of education for safety of the local community – axiological aspect, psychological aspect and selected normative acts

Summary/Abstract: Each unit should acquire the ability to predict and avoiding threats, as well as learn how to deal with dangerous and crisis situations, including by their proper assessment and assessment of their capabilities. The problem is making a breakthrough in perceiving threats, as well as educating the population and preparing for life. It is necessary to change the way of thinking about general, potential global threats as well as the local area. It is impossible to overestimate the right education, which is part of the basic human need: to be safe. The aim of the article is to try to organize knowledge in the field of education for safety, taking into account its axiological and psychological aspects, as well as the legal context.
