Summary/Abstract: In the twenty-first century the Internet for many people has become an integral medium of everyday existence, serving not only fun, learning and work but above all allowing the implementation of many activities. That trend of internetisation and digitization of enterprises see the ideal customer – a child. The young man who willingly interact in a virtual world both at school using the Internet to learn and in his spare time eg. chatting with friends, playing games and watching broadcasts audio and video. To reach him it is necessary to use apply appropriate formulas communication. Television, radio and the press are inadequate. It is necessary to use hypermedia communication. Information capacity of Internet makes that medium a dominant place to create and nurture relationships between the firm and the child as customer.
