Summary/Abstract: In the last decade after the so-called “Global Crisis”, the People’s Republic of China (PRC) demonstrated rapid dynamics in its innovation and technology development towards the establishment of its own “technology zone” and the implementation of the so-called “Fourth Industrial Revolution”. The Government of the PRC announced the “Innovative Development Strategy”. The aim of the project is to develop a series of innovations in the field of production and infrastructure. Based on which the “Celestial” is striving to become a leader in key areas of material production and infrastructure. Undoubtedly, when we talk about the latter, we have to mention the “One Belt – One Road” (OBOR) initiative, which contains a gigantic geopolitical and geo-economic significance. On July 20, 2017, PRC announced a “Next Generation Artificial Intelligence” Development Plan, which sets another ambitious goal – by 2030, China to become a leading global leader in this direction. Other ambitious projects such as the “Made in China 2025 ”Plan”, Internet Plus and others. It should not ignore the space program of the country aiming at the creation of its own space station, as well as the sending of manned flight to the Moon.Within the framework of the innovation and technology strategies and plans of the PRC, the focus is on the human factor. Proof of this is the Social Innovation for Inclusive Human Development strategy. This Strategy answers to the challenges posed by the new type of technological, economic, social and cultural development to society, state and local politics and the individual. All this, as something already achieved, but also as projects and initiatives in a closer or more distant perspective, testify that today a global innovation-technological power is born before us – the People’s Republic of China.
