The importance of human resources in project management of small and medium-sized enterprises

Summary/Abstract: Business activities of contemporary organizations including micro, small and medium-sized enterprises to a great extent are based on project execution. In connection with that, project management in these organizations is gaining importance. However, it requires suitable resources from an organization. From the point of view of the analyzed subject, the most important resource are people, especially their knowledge and abilities. The aim of the article is to show their importance for successful project completion
