Summary/Abstract: The research problem concerns the quality of health care and its evaluation. The purpose of this article is to present a proposal to use a questionnaire to evaluate the quality of healthcare. This questionnaire was developed on the basis of other, previously use dassessment tools in the United States (Minnesota Innovation Survey (MIS)) and in Sweden (Swedish Improvement Questionnaire (SIMQ)). In this research process, it was stated that the basic dimensions of the questionnaire to assess improvements in the quality of healthcare can be applied in Polish conditions, because they are universal. However, there is a need to evaluate other dimensions than the original questionnaire was shown in the original. So, looking for answers to the research questions, we used methods: critical analysis of Polish and English-language writing as well as indirect deductive reasoning.
