Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to identify the level of job satisfaction of the inhabitants of the Silesian Voivodeship determined by their seniority. The article is an analytical study in which the results of direct research carried out using the on-line survey method were used on a sample of 463 respondents living in the Silesian Voivodeship (scientific and research project Quality of work life in Poland, 2017–2018). The analysis of research results indicates the level of job satisfaction of the inhabitants of the Silesian Voivodeship determined by their seniority.
