Logistics City Goals and Decision Criteria from the Point of View of the Happiness Theory

Summary/Abstract: City logistics and management of urban supply chains serve other values than business logistics. This raises the question about the basic decision criterion in this field. The article proves that this criterion is the happiness of city users. Therefore, the theory of happiness is an important reference to the search for the decision criterion. On this basis, a coherent set of assessment criteria and decisions in the field of city logistics was developed.
