Summary/Abstract: The challenge for enterprises to deliver successful projects in a climate of uncertainty is met by ensuring that stakeholders are engaged in a way that enhances their collaboration during project execution. The purpose of this paper is to present the most important characteristics of stakeholder relationship management in projects. The authors present a new approach to Company Stakeholder Responsibility that could be adopted for projects executed by enterprises and supply chains. The paper presents a case study basedon a chosen logistics project.
