Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to present the motives and attitudes of individual investors in the real estate market. Personality traits were also identified, as well as the inclination of decision makers who influence the purchasing process. The survey was conducted ona sample of 102 people. The motives, attitudes and personality traits of investors influencing their purchasing decisions on the real estate market were examined.
