Summary/Abstract: In this article Authors analysed three regulations of the Act Law of entrepreneurs,determined as innovative and giving right to entrepreneurs conditions of the conducting business activities and activities: “Reduction for the start”, not-registered activity and the principle of the full freedom of the conducting business activities. Above issues were analysed under the angle of establishing, whether they have innovative character, whether also constitute the reception of legal, known already answers for Polish legal system.
