A Process Approach in the Didactic Activity of the University

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the issue of using a process approach in the management of a public university, with particular emphasis on didactic activity. The author, using the method developed by the Team of the Department of Management and Organization Methods at the Krakow University of Economics, indicated the possibilities of implementing process management in the conditions of the functioning of a public university. The aim of the article is to present a map of processes in the didactic activity of a public university in the Rummler-Brache approach.
