Summary/Abstract: Modern enterprises operate in markets where it becomes more and more necessary to use social media to establish and maintain relationships with clients. Social mediaare currently the most popular alternative to traditional media. Billions of potential customersuse them. Through social media, enterprises also carry out a number of marketing activities. It involves certain costs and employee involvement. That is why it is important tocheck the effectiveness of these activities and plan them in advance. The aim of the articleis to show what kind of effectiveness measures can be used for marketing activities undertaken in various social media. The author proposes several solutions that can find practical applications in various enterprises and in their marketing activities.
