Summary/Abstract: Course/teacher assignment planning, considering constraints of academic staff competences, makes it possible to rationalize the realization of the didactic process costs. Subjects related to this issue, especially those related to the acceptable course plan variants robustness estimation to disruptions caused by the absence of employees and/or the starting of unforeseen courses, are not considered so far. In this context, the purpose of this paper is to present a declarative model that enables the methods development of computer – assisted course assignment prototyping with miscellaneous constraints imposed by the structure of competencies of the employed staff. The implementation of these methods should enable the particular variants robustness estimation to selected types of disruptions in the didactic process. As a result robustness level measure of competence structure to disruption of reduced group number is proposed. Consequently the course assignment plan that guarantees a given level of robustness could be designated. Attached examples illustrate the practical applicability of the proposed approach.
