Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is an attempt to compare process approach with network and virtual organization. Identification of similarities and differences between a process approach and network organizations using a process-based approach seems to be a good point to indicate the management trends. Such a defined aim results in the necessity to take into consideration the role of the process owner and the network broker.
