Countermeasure Social Problems as a Challenge for Modern Organizations

Summary/Abstract: For modern organizations achieving impressive financial results is not the only measure of success. Today, the local environment and other stakeholders have a very important influence on the society, especially they focus on employees. Although the ideaof CRS has been known and used for many years in Polish organizations, according to the information contained in the latest Trends HR 2018 report – now is time, when the actions from this area are crucial. Companies through engaging in initiatives for society, havea real and positive impact on social changes. The aim of article is to present the role of modern organizations in reducing the size of social problems. CRS is a very board concept that refers to working conditions, economic development, health conditions and supporting charity. During the analysis of public reports form 2017, the author focuses primarilyon the problem of communal exclusion.
