Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to describe selected moral and psychological attitudes that may influence the appearance of failures in the area of modern enterprises management. In this present publication, the author focuses on the reasons for organizational and managerial failures that concern the awareness of the frauds planned by entrepreneurs and the implementation of illegal activities that are contrary to generally accepted morality. Another reason for failures in management indicated by the author, is the entrepreneurs’ inability to control their emotions, including the lack of emotional maturity, as well as the desire to achieve high financial results for the so-called “At all costs”, which is the effect of entrepreneurs having such characteristics as pride and greed. According to the author, addictions are a big problem for today’s entrepreneurs, which block their rational and effective professional activity.
